About the Artist:
Neal Adams (1941?2022) was a groundbreaking comic book artist whose dynamic style and realistic figure work helped usher in the Bronze Age of comics. He is best known for revitalizing Batman in the 1970s alongside writer Denny O?Neil, re-establishing the character?s darker tone and co-creating iconic villains like Ra?s al Ghul. Adams also made major contributions to Green Lantern/Green Arrow, X-Men, Deadman, and The Avengers, bringing a dramatic, cinematic flair to superhero storytelling. Beyond his artistic achievements, Adams was a passionate advocate for creators? rights, playing a key role in securing recognition and compensation for industry legends like Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.
