(EL1000-10) JUMBO EXTRA LARGE, SPECIAL OFFERING! BODY SIZE IS 4.5 TO 4.75" LONG (not including front legs) AND WIDER THAN THE AVERAGE TOAD! WHOA!
Genuine cane toad (minus back legs) has been tanned beautifully (durable leather) and made into a high quality zippered coin purse/keychain. Body is an average of 4-1/2 to 4-3/4" long, stuffed arms are about 2" long, eyes are now plastic with black pupils that move; high quality keychain.
Cane toad was imported to Australia to fight a cane beetle problem - it became a problem itself. As a toxic toad, it multiplied rapidly, killing crocs, pet dogs, anything that tried to eat it. Aussies now catch them by the thousands and recycle them in this manner. The poison is currently being researched for cardiovascular and cancer relief.
