Item description
The plants vary in size. They range from 6 - 8 inches tall. When blooming, the flowers of this variety are yellow with a pink picotee and deep yellow throat. Buds form at the joints of the canes in clusters that produce sweetly fragrant flowers. Flower picture represents bloom of this type of orchid.
Easy to grow, great for mounting and landscaping in temperate to subtropical climes.
A Nobile-type Dendrobium. Easy to grow, great for mounting, and fragrant. Deciduous and pendulous, they require a cool, dry rest in fall/winter. Blooms in the spring.
This orchid does best in a bright, but shaded spot, but no direct sunlight. Temperature: Dendrobium nobile loves a cool and well-aerated setting with a temperature between 55 - 75 degrees F.
