Item description
I’m really excited about this one, I call it the “Dead Men” coin.
“Dead Men Tell No Tales” is on the front of the coin, with an image of a dead pirate with the cutlass still stuck in his chest, and a parrot next to him that you can almost hear croaking out that famous saying!
The back of the coin has Ben Franklin’s famous saying “Three can keep a secret if two are dead” with three skulls, two of which look as if they’ve been scratched out with a knife. I also used the East India Company triple cross with a circle of rope square knotted around each of the bars to separate the three skulls.
The whole coin is done in an aged rough style, to look like something from the Golden Age of Piracy.
