Esta restriccion moderna elaborada por expertos replica fielmente un sestercio imperial romano historicamente significativo, emitido originalmente bajo el emperador Claudio (41-54 dC). El anverso presenta prominentemente un retrato finamente detallado de Claudio Cesar Augusto, reconocido por los historiadores por sus ambiciosas obras públicas y notable expansion de la infraestructura romana. Su representacion autorizada, rodeada por la leyenda latina "TI CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG P M TR P IMP", simboliza la autoridad suprema del emperador sobre el vasto Imperio Romano durante su era imperial temprana.
En el reverso, la moneda representa magníficamente la figura sentada de Ceres Augusta, la venerada diosa romana de la agricultura, la fertilidad y la prosperidad. Su representacion real, rodeada por la inscripcion clara "CERES AVGVSTA S C", hace referencia a la aprobacion del Senado ("Senatus Consulto") para esta importante emision. Las monedas que representan a Ceres celebraban la abundancia agrícola de Roma, sirviendo como símbolos de benevolencia y estabilidad imperial.
