Questa sorprendente riproduzione della moneta da 5 Pesetas del 1876, con il re Alfonso XII, offre ai collezionisti un legame tangibile con la Restaurazione Borbonica spagnola. Il dritto porta il profilo giovanile di Alfonso XII, circondato dalla leggenda reale "ALFONSO XII POR LA G. DE DIOS", sottolineando la legittimita divina del suo dominio. Questo disegno risale ai primi anni del suo regno, che segno la fine della tumultuosa Prima Repubblica e il ristabilimento della monarchia sotto un quadro costituzionale.Sul retro, lo scudo coronato della Spagna e maestosamente affiancato dalle Colonne d'Ercole, inscritto con il motto nazionale "PLUS ULTRA", che simboleggia la portata imperiale della Spagna.
