I have used these pencils for probably 20 years, both when doing commissioned animal portraits and when creating custom cartoons for friends. They are professional quality with a slightly harder 'lead' than other Prismacolor pencils, which makes them ideal for working in smaller areas, sharpening up outlines, etc. Color saturation is very good and this larger quantity contains every color I need. I recommend them to anyone wanting a color pencil that can sustain a fine point while delivering good color quality that lasts.
