This stunning outfit consists of a two-tiered navy chiffon dress fully lined in rayon-like polyester and a matching unlined chiffon jacket. The sleeveless dress (100% polyester) has a zippered back and the flowing jacket (also 100% polyester) is fastened with bejeweled hook and loop fasteners.
