Laptops are preowned and will have typical scratches/scuffs, possible minor dings/dents, and wear. These HP laptops are in great condition. One of them is missing a rubber strip "foot" from the back panel, and they may have minor scratches or scuffs on them from normal wear and tear.

The batteries included show as having good health, per BIOS, at the time of the auction. However, batteries are not fully tested and not covered under warranty. Power A/C adapters are not included.

We ship via UPS. If your item is less than
$40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States
Postal Service at our discretion.
Items will be shipped within 2 business
days after payment has been received.
LOCAL PICKUP:
If you plan to pick up your item from our
warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when
you arrive.
Any item that is picked up from our facility
will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from
sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to
buyer's location.

WARRANTY RETURNS
We strive to have 100% satisfaction. If you
have any problems with your purchase, please contact us immediately. We will
make every effort to try to resolve any issue.
Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt
of item to notify us of any problems.
Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or
hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
Item must be returned at buyer's expense. ** Unless
MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not
be reimbursed.

Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3)
business days of receiving.
If item is found to be faulty: At our
discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including
original shipping charge) will be issued.
If item is found to be in advertised condition:
Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or
$5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be
reimbursed.
