Vintage original 11x14 in. U.S. lobby card from the epic 1980's action sci-fi thriller, THE TERMINATOR, released in 1984 by Orion Pictures and directed by James Cameron. The film stars Arnold Schwarzenegger as a human-looking indestructible cyborg is sent from 2029 to 1984 to assassinate a waitress, whose unborn son will lead humanity in a war against the machines, while a soldier from that war is sent to protect her at all costs. As indicated the near the bottom left corner of the bottom border, this is lobby card number 8 from the set of 8 lobby cards. The image features a close shot of the Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) looking completely unfazed after losing one of his eyes while he wears his trademark black leather jacket. This vintage original lobby card was printed for the film's original theatrical release and it is not a reissue nor is it a reproduction. It is in fine- condition with a light 1 in. vertical crease above his head and two smaller creases to the left of it; a 1 in. diagonal crease on the bottom right corner; and light signs of wear on the tips of the corners.
