Vol. 1 is actually titled ?Charter and ordinances of Newport News Virginia,? with Vol.2 being titled ?Ordinances of Newport News Virginia?. Very early copies, Newport News was chartered in 1896 - just four years before vol.1 was published. This is the Only known copies of these works known on the open market. The ordinances therein are riveting and at the same time, humorous. Quite a distinctive, and informative duo, and yet another splendid Capture of Tyme!
