These are new handcrafted hair barrette clips. They are about 3 1/2" x 1 1/2" and have spring clips on the back. They are made of a striking cotton material. They are very pretty and bold. This set has navy white and red plaid with red buttons. My picture looks black but it is a nice navy blue. Check out my other items.
