Mimosa is one of the most beautiful winter-flowering shrubs, renowned for its exceptional bright gold yellow flowering. Golden Mimosa Germination: 1) Roughly sand the hard shells. 2) Bring water to a simmer, (Not a boil), and pour into a container placing the seeds in. 3) Allow the seeds to cool with the water, and soak for 24 to 36 hrs. 4) Use a heated propagator to keep soil temperature at appx 77 F. Sow appx. 1/8" deep in well drained soil and keep moist for optimal germination. 4) Germination can be expected within 3 to 4 weeks.
