Do not take valerian if you are hypersensitive to the active substance or to any of the other ingredients. Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility There are no clinical data on the use of valerian during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Experimental animal studies are not sufficient. Therefore, Valeriana is not recommended to be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Driving and operating machines Taking Valeriana immediately before driving or operating machines is not recommended due to a mild sedative effect. How to use: For adults and children over 12 years old: the usual dose is 1-2 tablets 3 to 4 times a day. In case of sleep disturbance, a single dose is taken up to one hour before going to bed.
