There are ten carved bluish-grey chalcedony flowers, one large carved coral rose, and three jade leaves. The pin is handmade, and the handle is braided gold wire. The carved chalcedony flowers measure about 7mm. The coral rose measures about 14mm. The leaves are about 3/8 to 1/2" long. The overall size of the pin is 1 3/4" by 1 7/8". There is a trombone clasp and double pin stems. There is also a large jump ring on the basket handle to wear as a pendant. The pin weighs 10.17 dwt., and dates from the 1950s. Spectacular!
