Item description

Not sure of the exact year, but the rest of the SFA football films I got are from 1961. This isn?t a football ball game. It?s three sections of film spliced together. Starts in a locker room, the it kinda looks like football practice, stands are empty, but you can see cheerleaders in background. Then there is a bunch of people standing around on the field with axe handles and confederate flags. They roll out a bell on a big cart. There is students at what seems to be a fraternity thing. Lastly is ends with clips from a basketball game. there is an African American player which is interesting as this would be the period of desegregation at SFA. Quality of film is better than my photos capture
