You get a sealed helmet. The football helmet is large measureing 17" high with a 17.5" length and a width of about 15" It has 3 different inflatable valves. One for the helmet, one at the base and a valve at the protective face mask. The Miller Lite large inflatable football helmet can stand on a table or it comes with a string to hang. The top of the helmet has a loop to hang the string from. Please look at the pictures.
