A great piece from my parents collection, they are from The PA Dutch country, Reading Area. The old paint is early milk like paint that shows its age. Hand painted. Original ! There is a chunk of plank out that adds to the charm along with a few other bits of wood! Straps have moved a bit. Really gorgeous piece of Folk Art.
