Pre-owned and does have signs of wear/age
Signed on inside front cover HB Warner Madison July 4th 1880
Hans Bertel Warner was a private in the 37th Wisconsin Infantry Regiment and at the time of signing the book he was the Secretary of State.
The book does have damages in the form of wear to the spine and covers. There are a couple of pages at the back of the book that are ripped and folded, the final blank page of the book is torn out. The pages in the book are yellowed and show other signs of wear/age. The date 7-4-80 is also written on the inside of the back cover.
