This is a Primer of The Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is copyright of 1927. Some of the codes are still in effect. The booklet measures 6 inches high and is 3 1/4 inches wide. The front cover has some moisture damage which can still be seen on the first page. It is in pretty good condition for its age. It has a tiny tear in the cover at the bottom. The Gulf Refining Company advertising on the back cover is very nice. Inside the back cover is an ad for Gulf No Nox Gasoline. The claim is that is not poisonous and not harmful to man or motor. The inside front cover has an ad for McKay tire chains. That ad also speaks of McKay spring controllers and McKay bumpers. The booklet has been in a smoke free home.
