Super cool rare item! Nice ceramic tile insert that has glossy thick colors.(appears to be baked into the ceramic and not just painted) 1924-1949 Aangeboden by het 25 jarig bestaan der vrywillige brandweer door de burgery van Bloemendaal English: "Presented at the 25th anniversary of the voluntary fire brigade by the citizenry of Bloemendaal" Outer looks to be copper with a thin brass type brushed on looking coating. On back it has a wall hanging clip so can be used as decoration (does not appear to have been used as an ash tray) Tile looks to be approx 15 cm ( 6 inch)
