Putting together a collection Of Ten Deep Blue Serial Numbers and Seals is hard enough, but to find all 10 STAR Error note replacement notes or Serials that had to be removed from circulation for one reason or another, the star being for accounting purposes of each and every bill that is printed at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. There has to be an accounting for every serial issued so when one is removed it must be replaced and the Star is printed to the left of the serial number to destinquish that note as taking the place of the original printing. All bills are signed by both the same Treasurer and Secutary of the Treasury and as I built the collection I would trade up as best I could and was still doing so after compleating the collection I was trying to find. In addition to the factors above each of the 1st number of the serials are in sequential order from zero to nine. That was the hardest part of the collection to do, and I am pleased to say they are all in pretty nice condition as described above. Most notes are still pretty crispy for circulated notes, there are no holes or tears with fairlt clean edgres and corners. For all particulars including the Serial Numbers there ia a complete list with the pictures of the notes.
