These are a bit of a unusual accessory item, originally paired to France military issued gas mask kits ranging sometime within 1960-1990. What makes these kits a bit more unusual than normal is that they actually have a replacement lense along with the anti fog inserts. I've yet to see any other issued field kit with that, as that's not exactly a simple tool-less performed task. Comes from a Smoke Free and Pet-Free home.
