This beautiful Cobalt Vase was hand blown in 1986 by Northern California glass blowing artist Ed Castello. We actually knew Ed and his family for some time and were saddened to find out Ed passed away last year. He created some terrific pieces back in the eighties and we were fortunate to have acquired a few during the years he was in studio. This particular piece has a lovely very tall form we actually watched him create. It was quite inspiring and amazing to see Ed take molten glass and turn it into a beautiful art glass vase.
