Warranty only applies to parts purchased and does not cover labor costs. Warranty is void if parts are altered or proper maintenance steps are not taken (fluids /timing /filter /water pump and belts must be replaced). Returns: We will accept returns within 30 days from the day the item was delivered for a 20% restocking fee. Buyer must pay for the return shipping. Most of the items we sell are shipped out via UPS Ground. The smaller packages get shipped out via USPS First Class if the item meets the 13 ounce weight requirement. Oversized items or items weighing over 150 lbs. will be delivered by freight. Freight Customers: When purchasing item that will clearly be freighted, we ask that you provide us with a business address (must have forklift or loading dock on site) and a phone #. That way, we can have the item delivered straight to the business address. If a business address is not available, the item will be shipped to a freight company terminal in your area and you will be required to pick up the item from there. The Phone# is a must, in order for the freight company to get in touch with you when the item will arrive or if any problems arise. International Customers: We do not ship outside of the USA unless this item is being forwarded via the Global Forwarding Program. If this item can be forwarded to your country, additional postage and import charges will be displayed near the top of the page.
