These binoculars are in excellent condition. They appear unused. I have to list as used as they were a gift . I never used them except for trying them out for a few minutes at home. I cannot honor the 10 year warranty that is on the box, but if you check my record, you will note that I do not rip off buyers. Powerful binoculars for the price. Note in a photo that there is a cap that you unscrew to allow tripod use. Included neck strap and lens cloth that are unused.
