It is commonly used for alleviation of unproductive and irritative coughs in adults and children over 2 years, particularly when coughing occurs at night. Rhinathiol Syrup works by reducing the viscosity of sputum; blocking histamines or nitrogenous compounds. Dosage / Direction for Use: Adults: 3 to 4 spoons (15 ml to 20 ml) three times a day.
