Eventually I offered it for sale at shows and on my website and my customers have been using it with great success ever since. This is the first time I have ever offered them on e-bay. They have: Color coded CONVEX, CUPPED blade puts out a sound wave that calls fluke from large distances. The deep-cupped blade will turn and wobble when others stop and ruin the action. The hook is a 4/0 Mustad kahle, bait saver, recurred bend. I offset the hook point for much better hook ups. I tie this hook directly to the leader, tied not snelled so I can move the hook on the leader to position it for the best hook-setting area for the bait in use. The leader is 40 inches long and should be tied 10-14 inches above the sinker. It uses EXTRA THICK 4.3/4 inch squid body, with eyes on the squid that make predators see them and attack much more ferociously. 3 beads are placed between the squid and the hook to keep hook in the right place for a better catch ratio. They are faceted to keep the squid body open and undulating as the water flows around them, makings the tentacles come alive. 2 pearls on each side of the blade keep it properly placed but able to move easily for best action. Remember that fish are curious and will be drawn to something that they hear and see. SIGHT, SCENT, SOUND! This rig can also be used when you have MODERATE to STRONG tides/currents/winds. I have used this as deep as 80 feet with outstanding success. You can also use it in medium to shallow water as long as the wind or current is medium velocity. Lots of deep-water critters like it too! In water less than 10ft, use a similar lure without the blade and other attractors. Over the years, there have been many cheap copies but the quality of the components and the specific design keep this one out producing the rest.
