It was purchased in BULK from a major distributor where it has sat since the 1990's. Made between 1960 1972 or so. NO Joiners or Locks are included. Unused, But Some oxidation, minimal rust, will require some cleaning. All Track will require SOME SORT OF CLEANING TREATING TO PERFORM TO PEAK PERFORMANCE. A brown Scotch-Brite pad shines the rails; WD-40 on a rag cleans protects the surface. Spray lightly on rag rub track clean.
