This is a pretty cool piece. Very neat cartoon certificate from 1943. The frame is about 15" x 14". The actual certificate shown looks to be 9.75" x 8.5". There was some moisture at some point at the bottom but it doesn't look like it got to the certificate itself..at least as shown. See pics A must have for any collection!
