It is in good cosmetic condition, but is considerably dirty around the inside of the front tube around the lenses. However, the lenses themselves are clean. Also, the bolts that hold the frame of the mounting bracket have rust around them. This unit is listed as having a 150W bulb. We did not see a marking of the wattage on the bulb, but we did not take it out of the socket. This unit powers on and has a bright beam with a sharp clean edge. We do not know how many hours the lamp has on it. We are not able to test it further. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. WB S10-4 d 8201198
