It is a new old stock unit but is being sold as a used item due to physical blemishes (surface rust on the fan retention washer from sitting in storage). It has been electrically tested by me for a duration of fifteen minutes and is offered to a buyer at a discount with free shipping. The motor runs strong and has no bearing noise, so it should be good for years of service.
