For your consideration is this beautiful antique Chinese button hand carved from a piece of mutton fat white nephrite jade. Estimated from early 1900s. Measure a bit over 3/4 inches, the piece is carved with swirly pattern and shows nice translucency mostly because of the thickness. Weighs just 1.9 grams. Great piece if you need one button for a cape or other garment need one prominent button. It does have a button hole on the back. All hand carved.
