This is a nice antique art glass hand painted bowl with the antique metal silver plated frame. The frame is made of metal with a silver plated finish (see photos). The glass bowl is very nice with an interesting design and a hand painted decoration. The metal frame has some tarnish and it could be polished up by you (see photos). The item is antique (see photos). The metal frame is marked by the maker: Wilcox Silver Company on the underside of the base (see photos). The frame measures in total about 12 inches high and it measures in total about 12 inches wide. The sglass basket isert measures about 10 and 1/2 inches wide and it is square is shape. The item is American in origin (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). I would estimate the item frame has 99+/- percent of the original plating intact. The item has some tarnish, it needs a polishing and it has some wear. The glass bowl has some paint wear and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
