This is a cool motion sign that is nice and bright. It has 2 switches on the bottom, one is the on/off switch, which works as it should, and the other is supposed to be used to toggle between the motion setting and an all lights on setting. It doesn't seem like the all lights on setting is working properly, so the motion just stays on all the time. There is also a small missing piece on the the top right edge of the sign, but you really don't notice it since it is all black. There are also a couple very small scratches on the face that is not very visible. The sign measures approximately 28" tall x 21" wide. Be sure to check out my pictures for complete description.
