I always write a Thank you note in every one of my items and ship things quickly and well packaged. However, if people do not leave me feedback, then I feel it is a matter of respect and courtesy. Retailers do not leave you positive feedback for just buying something online, so I try to reward my customers and build a great relationship with them but if feedback is not important, I have learned to not give it out like candy to just appeal to someone's ego.
