This is a delightful, black, 100% wool felt, fedora hat with a red lace band and a silk dahlia accent in colors of rose red, fading to tangerine. This is such an fabulous hat! It is a very soft wool felt. Thus it is light weight and extremely comfortable to wear. This is a brand new hat, newly designed by LuLu's Fancy.
