This is a cute vintage hat from my Grandmother's estate collection. It is black with small light yellow dots that almost look tan in color. The inside is lined with red silky taffia type fabric with dark yellow grosgrain band. It has a thick stiff (cardboard type material I assume) that is fabric covered brim. There are no tags or size on the inside but it measures 21" around the inside band. It has an elastic hanger attached on the inside band of the hat for hanging. The fabric of the hat is a sort of cotton blend maybe polyester, don't know for sure, but has a kind of silky feel also. This is a great hat for casual or formal wear. Looks great and in great condition. No flaws that I can find. It can be worn in a tilted style or straight down over head. If you have any questions just message me and I'll be happy to help you.
