From Viacom, this is a vintage 1998 Blue's Clues PVC soft plastic figure. It measures about 2.5" tall, so it's a good size to be used either as a toy or a cake topper. In good used condition, looks nice, shows some very minor surface wear but you're only going to see it if you look really closely, like through a magnifying glass (which is what I did and why I saw it haha). Honestly it might just need a little more of a wipe-down and it could be just a little microscopic dirt on the surface from over the years. But again, unless you really inspect up close you won't even see it. It looks perfectly fine. Not too many of these around anymore that have survived in such great shape. Asking $5.00 obo.
