The plastic shrink wrap is missing, and because it has been stored for a while, there are a few small paint chips in the frame, but the protective film is still intact on the plexiglass in the frame. The frame is 29" long, 21" wide, and is made for a poster. The opening in the frame where the poster would be displayed is 27" long and 19" wide. This is a very nice, very bright, wonderful brand new poster frame.
