READ ALL! Works, but occasionally get stuck briefly. When we first tested, it ran fully in both directions, but as we played with it more, we noticed sometimes it would stop or or not start, like the motor did not want to start. Letting go of and then repushing the controller buttons a few times always got it moving again or hitting the opposite direction button or alternate back an forth, briefly also could get it moving. Seems like the start pulse gets it moving again. Anytime it got stuck we were always able to get it moving by pushing buttons one or a few times till it moved again. It has plenty of torque so it is not a matter of a sluggish motor, We opened and checked inside, nothing seizing or jamming, and grease and lube all fresh, the ball bearings and holders all in place, turn freely, etc. so we suspect some wear/slop in the motor gear may be the cause, as it is a little noisy/chatter when turning. So with that issue this may not be best for someone doing a lot of turning, but should be fine for occasional use or buyer can look into the issue farther, replace gears etc, we are selling as is with this issue noted.
