The booklet is in very good condition, with little sign of wear at all, with the exception of some light stains and scuffs on the soft cover. The booklet is 10” top to bottom, 7” side to side, and opens up to 14” side to side total. I am unsure of the exact age of the booklet but the staple binding is good, and all pages are intact and in good condition. It is a nice one, and would be a great collectible piece.
