Item description

A Hand carved christian statue (commonly called a santos).....iv seen a few, but this one doesn't look american.im thinking more likley south american.after retirement individual added additional wood block to stand upright as opposed to mounted on a pulpit.A wide time frame should be allowed ,about 1850-1930.....should do it......thanks for consideration.
