Don't be confused because the picture shows a BAND button. It is not XM ready. The BAND button often got used in place of the AM FM button on remanufactured radios. If you have an Impala or a Monte Carlo and the only problem you are experiencing is lack of sound output, your radio most likely does not need replaced. Those two vehicles had a remote booster (amplifier) that was incredibly problematic. That is likely your problem.
