USED This certificate is OLD, and the paper is very dry that if you bend it, it will tear. There are parts that are bent that if it was bent anymore, it will tear. The top left corner bent and tore, and was taped up a little on the back. The last two pictures show how it looked before I put it into a frame. It?s fragile.
