Defective items will be exchanged for the same item after the return of the item.
Absolutely no returns on opened ink.
Any item received DAMAGED or not in a saleable condition or missing ink, leaking ink inside the box, missing accessories, manuals, parts, modified, tampered with, misused in any way will not qualify for a refund.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees on orders after they have been shipped.
