Item description

Shoe covers for your costume! Don't forget the FEET! Custom made for any size between toddler 7 to Men's 12 Hey Guys! Really important! If you buy these, Here's what I'll need to know in the note to seller when you check out: **What is your shoe size Tell me the #, the country and whether it's men's, women's or toddler/youth because 7,8 and 9 are extremely common in all of those and very different sizes. If you know the EUR size, that's the best one as there is no confusion, That's the one that goes 20s through 40s **What is the measurement around the fattest part of the calf? Please consider any pants you will be wearing underneath, but don't guess or just add an inch, it is likely not that great a difference and you don't want a too floppy leg. I make it a tad roomier than the measurement you give me. **How tall do you want the boot leg? Measure from the ankle bone (that bump protruding at the side of your ankle) upward to the spot on the leg where you'll want the boot leg to end. **if not getting a specific style like Peter, Jake, Gaston or Woody, tell me what color you want the boot and what color you want the cuff I have Black, Brown, Camel, Copper, Caribbean Blue Prince Phillip might be a basic pirate style in black or dark brown which I have if you want it. All the boots shown in the listing are just brown I also have a khaki color lighter than the camel you might want for a Snow white prince Florian in a basic pirate style DESCRIPTION: The shoe covers are made of Felt fabric and go over the top of your own shoes. There is a strip of black elastic at the bottom, like a stirrup, to hold them snugly on your shoe. It is Black not white as shown on the peter pan shoe, but that *is* how it works PLEASE NOTE: I have designed these shoe covers for Convention goers and indoor party type of Cosplayers. This Fabric, FELT, does not do well in nature as it is like velcro for twigs and leaves. Please take this into consideration if you are using for halloween outdoors trick or treating in Fall or Ren Faire type settings! Although they can be easily cleaned afterward and trimmed to look like new, they look bad while you are wearing them if stuff is stuck to them These shoe covers look best on a shoe with some fullness to it, like an athletic shoe (running shoe, trainer). Oxford type work shoes (maybe dress) are good, too. Anything with some body and a spot in the sole in which the stirrup can nestle Sneakers like Vans or Keds do not work as they have no body, low profile and a flat sole that the stirrup would protrude on and give an awkward walk feel. But these days most athletic shoes have a flat sole, so I'm not sure if they are a good suggestion anymore. Make your best judgement here with the info I have provided. CAPTAIN HOOK This is black felt with a squareish toe and an over sized tongue with a fabric "gold buckle". These are great for any 16th century cosplay for a fancy gentleman. I have some new "gold" material for the buckle, so it will be more shiny and realistic than what is shown but in the oval shape like the Disney cartoon reference of Captain Hook's shoes I only need the shoe size for this shoe cover style. PETER PAN This is brown felt with a pointed toe. The cuff folds over but it could be worn up for a 7 Dwarfs costume or I could put a shorter cuff on it if you request it. I only need the shoe size for this shoe cover style MINNIE MOUSE This is like an all black shoe cover with an overlay of a YELLOW or FUCHSIA Minnie style "pump". The outer part is glued to the black so the whole thing goes on like a regular shoe cover in a single piece. Yellow is shown and this is a link to the fuchsia color https://www.joann.com/dw/image/v2/AAMM_PRD/on/demandware.static/-/Sites-joann-product-catalog/default/dwf66a8105/images/hi-res/23/2302214.jpg?sw=1000 sh=1000 sm=fit BASIC PIRATE/PRINCE This boot has a distinctively flared cuff and can come in any color. The most popular are black and brown I almost never make them 2 tone but you are welcome to order a different color cuff from the main boot color. GASTON This is like a pirate boot in brown with a flared cuff which has a strip of copper at its edge like Gaston's boot. The copper detail makes it slightly longer on the cuff than the basic pirate. WOODY all brown cowboy boot style with the pointed foot of Peter pan mixed with a boot leg only its finished like a cowboy boot at the top. I add loops to the sides which are higher than the front and back so when measuring for boot leg height on this one, imagine where on your leg you want the side to go to, but don't consider the loops. ROLLED CUFF PRINCE/ HUNTER THE OWL HOUSE This means that the cuff fabric is basically just more boot leg, but it is a separate piece (10" long) and it rolls down to create this cuff. You can roll it wide or thin, squarish or round. The cuff can be a different color from the boot. When measuring, just imagine where you want the boot leg to end when it's all in place, don't consider all the description I just gave. The color shown for the photo is Brown with CAMEL cuff. A HUNTER boot would be darker brown main boot with regular brown cuff JAKE THE PIRATE This is a rolled cuff style in all brown that I will embellish with the Js and the yellow "buckle" on the foot. If you want this in basic pirate style, you can get it for $35 PRINCE ERIC I have priced this for A basic pirate/PRINCE style but his boots are black foot and leg with a Caribbean blue cuff. I have made a photo of the fabric but I have not made this boot yet so use your imagination. I can make it rolled cuff style for $25 (black foot and leg with blue rolled down cuff) HUNTER THE OWL HOUSE I have made a photo of the fabric but I have not taken a photo of this boot yet so use your imagination. I have priced this for a basic roll cuff boot, but you can order the "basic pirate/prince" style and request dark brown boot with brown cuff Your shoe covers will ship within 3 days of receipt of measurements. DIRECTIONS to put on the BOOT STYLE The seam on the side of the shoe cover should go along your inner leg Slide the cover up your leg BEFORE you put on your shoes. Just pull it on like a fat sock and get it all the way up and out of your way so you can put on your shoes Make sure that the elastic stirrup goes behind your heel/leg as you pull them on. Put on your shoes. If you are wearing pants, this is a good time to tug the bottom of the pant leg back downward through the shoe coverโ€™s leg and get everything smooth before you pull the shoe covers back down and over your shoe. Once your shoes are fastened, pull the shoe cover down and over the shoe. Stretch the elastic stirrup back around your heel and under the sole of your shoe. Fix and smooth the top of the cover over your shoe. DIRECTIONS to put on the SHOE STYLE Slide them up your leg BEFORE you put on your shoes, with the elastic BEHIND your heel. The seam on the side of the shoe cover should go on your inner foot. Now put your shoes on and pull the shoe cover down over your shoe. Stretch the elastic stirrup back and under the heel of your shoe. Fix and smooth the top of the cover over your shoe. Felt can stretch so feel free to tug it into place around your shoe
