The small and handy but high-quality pocket grater has three grating surfaces: fine, coarse and Parmesan. The blade guard serves as a handle. Cuisipro's unique, patented grooved grating surface (SGT, surface glide technology) combined with razor-sharp etched grating blades guarantees an efficient and pleasant grating experience. The grater can be machine washed on the top rack of the dishwasher, but we recommend hand washing to maintain the best sharpness. For the plastic steel guard, we recommend cleaning by hand or on the top level of the dishwasher at a low washing temperature. Remove the blade guard from the grater during washing.
