They are listed “as is” for several reasons: They have been stored in very hot (110+) conditions and in very cold conditions (below 0) The packaging may have damage from storage/transportation across several states While many items are in decent condition, packaging may have wrinkling, warping, creasing, tears, rips, denting, dings, corner damage, cracked/dented or other window damage, bubble separation from package, dust, stains, shelf wear, old price tags, tape from the factory, sun fading, ink marks or other types of damage and/or issues Item itself may have paint, decal or other flaws/imperfections from the factory. We do not have the time/resources to individually inspect each item. If you are ordering an expensive item, we can send pictures of the actual item upon request (items over $30 each only) Item has NOT been played with or displayed unless specifically noted in the listing STOCK PHOTOS The picture is likely a “stock” photo. We are selling multiples of most items, and do not have the time to update the picture after each sale. Bottom line: please do not buy if you care about the packaging—see condition notes above. NO RETURNS/REFUNDS All sales are final, so be sure you are comfortable with the language above before you purchase. Our items are best for “openers” or people who plan to play with the item and destroy the cardboard/plastic packaging. SHIPPING AND RELATED Due to the pandemic, there may be significant shipping delays (especially around the holidays). We typically mail items out within 3 business days of receiving payment for items, but cannot control the shipping process once it has been mailed/shipped. We are not responsible for lost/damaged items during the shipping process, so be sure to add insurance if you want to protect against damage/loss during shipping. We do not process insurance claims on our end—it is up to the buyer to do so. Smaller items may be shipped in a bubble mailer. Medium or lighter items may be sent in a thin box.
