This Dry Store unit is preowned and in working condition. The Dry Bricks are new and in their unopened package. The Dry Aid Kit is preowned and works well. The operating instruction manual has some random writing on the back cover. This electric unit continues to work well. However, I bought new hearing aids that are not compatible with this dehumidifier. The 3 Dry Bricks were purchased with the intention to utilize in the unit - they are included. I will also include the Dry Aid Kit, which is convenient for travel. All three items include the original written instructions.
